Jonathan Flora
Partner/Writer/Director/Producer

Jonathan Flora is an award-winning Writer, Director and Producer with over 25 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry including with Walt Disney Studios HE, working on Disney, Marvel Studios, LucasFilm, and Miramax titles, which includes the blockbuster Marvel and Star Wars franchises receiving numerous Clio, Key Art, Promax, Golden Pollie and film festival awards.

Jonathan has written and directed films, commercials, and music videos, including the acclaimed documentary, Whose Children Are They? and the award-winning documentary, Lt. Dan Band: For the Common Good, featuring Academy Award-nominated actor Gary Sinise and appearances by Academy Award winners Jon Voight and Robert Duvall and more. For this film, Jonathan received the Santini Patriot Spirit Award given annually to the filmmaker whose work excellently honors American veterans or their families.

Reflecting the goal to bring attention to important causes, Jonathan has written and directed several political spots, campaigns, and PSAs including a series addressing military suicide prevention featuring celebrities such as Gary Sinise, Tom Selleck, Patricia Heaton, Angie Harmon, Katharine McPhee, and many others. He also received a Gold Pollie Award for best political spot.

Jonathan has served as a consultant to Politicon and spoken at large national gatherings including numerous military events including the Medal of Honor Society.

A veteran of the U.S. Army's 82d Airborne Division, Jonathan received his B.S.A. in Television Performance and Production, and his M.S.A. in Sports Administration/Marketing from Ohio University. He worked with the Vero Beach/Los Angeles Dodgers and went on to be a radio sports broadcaster covering the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds. He also served as the Director of Marketing and Corporate Sponsorships with the World Wrestling Federation, producing and directing various in-program content and promotional commercials for ESPN, USA Network, and the WWF Syndicated Network.

Jonathan serves on the Advisory Board for the GI Film Festival, is a Member of the Leadership Program of the Rockies and the American Enterprise Leadership Network, and was the President of Disney SALUTE, supporting Walt Disney Studio's Military Veteran employees.

Deborah Flora

Deborah Flora is an award-winning producer, writer, and national speaker. Her extensive media background includes being the Producer and Host of The Deborah Flora Show on the Salem Radio Network.

Deborah has produced numerous projects, including the acclaimed documentaries, Whose Children Are They? which premiered in theaters nationwide, and Lt. Dan Band: For the Common Good, featuring Academy Award nominated actor Gary Sinise, and Academy Award winners Jon Voight and Robert Duvall, hailed by numerous respected Hollywood professionals such as Tom Hanks, Ron Howard, and Jerry Bruckheimer, and listed as the "Number 1 Documentary of the Year."

Prior to forming whet•stone MEDIA GROUP with her husband Jonathan, Deborah worked in development for production companies that have won Emmy Awards, Golden Globe Awards and awards at numerous film festivals including Sundance.

Deborah has also produced several commercials, political spots and PSAs including a series addressing military suicide prevention featuring Hollywood celebrities such as Gary Sinise, Tom Selleck, Patricia Heaton, Armie Hammer, Tamera Mowry-Housley among others.

A Member of the American Enterprise Leadership Network, the Independence Institute’s Center Right Coalition, and Advisory Board Member of the Leadership Program of the Rockies, Deborah has spoken at large gatherings around the country such as the Freedom Center’s Restoration Weekend, Western Conservative Summit, Politicon, the Reagan Library Foundation, and the Council for National Policy. In addition, she has served as a Consultant for Politicon as well as a Messaging Coach to professionals in a wide variety of industries.

A President's Scholar and National Merit Scholar Deborah was a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Southern Methodist University’s League Theater Program with a B.S.A. in Broadcasting, Music and Theater. Deborah also studied music at Salzburg's Mozarteum and was an award-winning actress in Hollywood and with the National American Shakespeare Company. As Miss Colorado and 2nd Runner-Up to Miss America, Deborah has spoken and performed extensively around the world.
